Hi, I’m Ashley, a licensed therapist and certified yoga instructor who prioritizes client-centered care. In my work, building rapport and trust consistently proves to foster collaborative, effective, and sustainable mental wellness. My therapeutic approach integrates mindful practices, bringing attention to the mind-body connection as it relates to overall mental and emotional well-being.

In addition to specializing in treating anxiety and depression, I also enjoy working with individuals and couples on their conception and birthing journeys, as well as couples work focused on building and strengthening intimacy and progressive communication. My expertise also includes organizational wellness, supporting work place stress management and reduction, trauma-informed care, and facilitating onsite and destination holistic care retreats.

I obtained a B.A. in Psychology and an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, both in the state of Tennessee. Since completion of training, I have had the privilege of working with diverse clinical and organizational populations, including those navigating domestic violence (DV), medication-assisted treatment (MAT), and family planning focuses.

My approach to care acknowledges influential past experiences, exploration of the present, and cultivating curiosity rather than fear while approaching the future. Through this lens, I aim to promote holistic mental and emotional health care. This practice offers a fresh and effective approach to therapy, restorative yoga, and daily mindful practices that are tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.

I look forward to working with you on your wellness journey.
