black history

black history month is literally my second favorite month of the year, my birthday month March being my most favorite for the obvious reason. the first feature of the month of February highlights pioneering African-American psychologists Dr. Mamie Phipps Clark and Dr. Kenneth Clark. This wife and husband duo dedicated their work to understanding and healing children’s racial biases. Their unique perspective and approach, including “the doll test” helped with the historical win of Brown v. Board of Education. If you didn’t know…now you know!!
