Charlotte: Salutations and nice meeting with you again as well.
Me: I must say, I’m always a little giddy to meet with someone as talented and poised as you are. I don’t know many who can spin a web and save a life at once.
Charlotte: I did what spiders do, Wilbur’s life being spared is a thread woven into the universal web of life.
Me: Your perspective on life is refreshing as well as thought provoking, its no wonder how a pig become best friends with a spider… Speaking of, how is Wilbur these days?
Charlotte: I spoke with Wilbur over breakfast this morning, he is as full of curiosity as ever. Wilbur & I are starting a “Farm Animal Best Friends” Club as well as a support group for pigs identified as runts at birth. We thought it would be helpful for farm life morale.
Me: Fascinating! If ever you all wanted to have a goat yoga session for club members, I am your #yogini.
Charlotte: I will keep that in mind, next month the group is discussion animal anxiety, geese who are afraid of heights.
Me: Great, I’ve enjoyed catching up and getting updates. A part of my role as the president of the official “Therapist who love “Charlotte’s Web” fan club is to facilitate quarterly interviews. It’s more of a privilege than a duty to stay in touch with you and Wilbur, looking forward to next time.
Charlotte: Next time Wilbur will be present, he and Templeton had to make an appearance at a state fair pie eating contest this afternoon.
