I am a true nature baby any time I need solitude I make my way to a park; brimming with huge trees, bodies of water, & animal friends to admire. More often than not, when I need to center myself, reflect, and/or simply “be”, sitting in the park is a delight. Currently my favorite is #shelbypark in #nashvilletn. I find solace and refuge there no matter the time of day, I feel safe enough to surrender to the sound of solitude.
