This month is #mentalhealthawarenessmonth and I am taking this opportunity to share some of my most personal and beneficial mental health care practices. It may come as a surprise to some and not so much to others, but connecting with tarot has been a tremendous in helping me attend to anxiety, worry, and stress. I am so grateful for having the courage and bravery that it took for me to do something different…it has definitely been worth the risk.
